6. Do I have to pay to find what I am looking for?
No! You can either browse into the platform as a visitor or you can register in order to become a member. Both options are completely free. You are enabled to choose the business that interests you, enter its profile -where you will find all the services it provides as well as its contact details.

Events:
Events inform you about the upcoming events of a business e.g. parties, lives, food tasting or experiences etc. and you will find them in their profile. In case you do not see them, it means that the business does not have an active event at the specific time.
Top Club:
We have created a unique reward area (discounts on services & products, participation in events & contests and much more) for the users who contribute to Top Town. Depending on the actions they take within the platform (eg. business ratings, etc.) earn points that can be redeemed on Top Club. Each coupon lists the points required for its acquisition, its validity period and how it can be redeemed.
Top Box:
Top BOX is the magic box of Top Town that includes favorite products, services, discount coupons, gift vouchers, product samples and everything TOP is available in the market based on your preferences. All these can be yours completely FREE! Read more here.

5. My business is not located in the Prefecture of Attica. How can I promote it in Top Town?
Currently, Top Town operates only in the Prefecture of Attica. However, you can send us your request stating where your business is located and the industry it belongs to so that we can inform you as soon as the platform opens for your area. You can fill in your business details in the contact form.

7. I registered! When will my business profile be published?
The TT team processes the details of your registration and will contact you as soon as possible via email to inform you about its progress.It is important for us to control the information you provide on the platform, both to maintain its credibility to its users, and to offer quality and meaningful promotion to businesses & professionals.
8. My business is new. Can I register on the platform?
Of course you can register. The specially designed Top Town algorithm will locate your business and then the research team will complete the process of checking the entry criteria for new businesses. The estimated response time may take a little longer than usual since we will have to check different data as a new business.
9. I do not get a high score but I want to be in Top Town. What can I do?
Top Town selects Top businesses using a special rating system based on a verified algorithm which collects the public online rating but also οn the criteria it has set (see question 6). In this way, the platform ensures its reliability and effectiveness to both its users and the professionals it promotes. If you do not belong to the businesses that meet the specifications, you can contact Top Town team here , which will create a personalized promotion plan for you to become a TOP business.
10. Can I make changes to my business profile?
You are enabled to make as many changes as you need, through your profile, whenever you wish!
Thus, you have free access to modifications for each available field depending on the subscription plan you have selected:
-Post new photos.
-Add offers.
-Business description and many more options.
Nonetheless, we will be by your side for anything you need, as well as to offer additional services, such as professional copywriting, photography, etc.

11. Do I have to pay for my business to appear on the platform?
No. After you register, Top Town team will process the information you have completed and will inform you whether you meet the membership requirements on the platform or not. If you belong to the Top businesses, your profile will be published completely free of charge on the platform with the benefits of the Basic plan. If you wish to upgrade your profile you can see all the subscription plans in detail here.
12. How can I upgrade my business profile?
Your registration on the platform is free and is automatically included in the BASIC plan. If you want to have access to more services and privileges you can see all the subscription plans of Top Town here , so you can choose the one that meets the needs of your business.
13. What is the duration of my business promotion?
The promotion at Top Town is annual (for Pro & Top subscription plans) for the best and most effective presentation of your business to our users.
14. Can I cancel my subscription and if so how?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. As for the Basic plan (free) you have no restrictions.

We have created a unique space where you can reward our users with discounts on services and products of your business. Depending on the actions performed by our users on the platform (eg. business ratings, etc.) they earn points that can be redeemed on coupons.
Go to your business profile and create your own coupon easily and quickly.
Choose the quantity you want to spend and the duration time.
Users redeem it directly at your business.
* The same coupons can be available in the Top Box (see below) for targeted users.
Top Box:
Do you want to promote your business by offering products or services to targeted audience? With Top Box you can send a gift card, a free product or a discount card only to users who have selected this service within the platform.
What does this mean? These users have stated more information about themselves (interests, age, gender, region, etc.) thus your Top Box is sent only to those with preferences that match your business.
