According to the myth, Juan Rodriguez, a former slave from Panama, managed, after many attempts, to shake off his shackles and arrive in Athens to realize his dream to build a bar reminiscent of his homeland.
Juan, with the valuable business help of Armelina Antonaropoulou and Costas Loukas, succeeded and so now in the alley of Pallados, in Psyrri, there is a large, visible sign that writes in Spanish: Juan Rodriguez, Compañia de Bebida.
An atmospheric and, admittedly, sought after destination, which at first glance takes you to the heart of Latin America and has managed to be described as "talk of the town"!
Open from the morning, it welcomes us with authentic coffee on embers, delicious suggestions for breakfast and brunch but also a menu that moves along comfort food paths… In the evening, at the bar, images and memories are transformed into new flavors and combinations of cocktails, which you can comfortably to accompany with the most impressive plates of cold cuts-cheese you have tasted!
